The Temple
A semi-open room with teak floor, now called the practice temple, with Palma Real ceilings and 4 adjacent full bathrooms. (198 sqm) with 2 mezzanine open monk rooms. Each mezzanine sleeps 5 guests.
Quetzal-Suites: 4 concrete rooms with zinc tile roof. With a covered terrace and private bathroom. Each room can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Tángara-Casitas: 4 wooden rooms with zinc tile roof. With a covered balcony and private bathroom. Each room can accommodate up to 3 guests.
Nido Suites: 2 rooms located in the same concrete module. With a private garden and a shared bathroom for both rooms. Each room is for 1 guest.
Amantes de la Naturaleza: 3 glamping-type rooms located in the middle of native plant gardens. Supported on wooden decks with a balcony and a private bathroom made of bamboo.

With additional zinc roof. Private bathroom made of concrete. Each room can accommodate up to 5 guests. An open dining room in the front with a beautiful view and capacity for up to 36 guests in the high zone. (124 sqm) It has its own kitchen and pantry. It has adjacent bathrooms for the dining room.
Kayiyana House
A two-story house, two bedrooms, two terraces, one balcony, and two bathrooms. Living room, dining room, and kitchen. Telephone line. Underground fiber optic wiring. An external storage room and covered parking for two cars. Large gardens. It has one hectare of land. Built-up area 143 sqm without counting the covered parking area or storage room. In the high zone of this hectare, there is a glamping-type "refuge" with a bathroom and kitchenette (without electricity). Kayiyana is located between the practice room and the Nido-type rooms.
Dragon House
A one-story house, built of glass and wood. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large closed terrace-style dining room, living room, kitchen. With one hectare of land. Built-up area 180 sqm. Located in the high zone of the practice room with great privacy and a beautiful view.
The Garden of Timelessness estates and private houses have the potential for available and suitable spaces for new constructions.
3 hiking and bird and wildlife observation trails.
Access and adaptation work as a space for rest and contemplation on the banks of 5 pools of the crystal-clear Talari River. The pools are: Infinite Circle, River Secrets, Song of the Stones, Where Laughter Is Born, and Serene Force.
